Once you reach out, we’ll set up a quick consultation call to get to know you, chat about your vision, and discuss your needs. This helps us ensure we’re the perfect fit to tell your story before taking the next steps.
II. Secure Your Date & Vision Session
When you're ready to move forward, we’ll secure your date with a retainer and deposit. From there, we’ll hold a vision-board meeting to map out the aesthetic, mood, and legacy you want to capture. We also scout your venue and its surroundings so we fully understand the space and lighting ahead of time.
III. Questionnaire & Timeline Planning
Next, we’ll send out a detailed planning questionnaire to gather all the logistical details. Together, we’ll reconfirm your final vision, address any changes, and collaborate closely with you or your wedding planner to build a seamless timeline. We make sure to build in buffers for portraits, family, and key moments so you can stay completely present without ever feeling rushed.
IV. The Big Day
On your wedding day, we arrive well ahead of schedule to scout the grounds, check lighting, setup equipment, and handle behind-the-scenes prep. Once we're ready, we blend into the background to capture organic, candid moments as they naturally unfold.
V.Delivery & Heirlooms
We hand select and color-grade your media to preserve every true-to-life detail, delivering your private digital gallery and films right on schedule. For packages that include physical keepsakes, we then help bring your favorite moments to life through custom heirloom albums and prints your family will cherish for generations.

When and how will we receive our final photos and videos?
A.We know you're excited to relive your day! All packages include a curated photo preview within 48 hours, while our Signature and Legacy collections also include a 1-minute social media video teaser within 24 hours.
Your full photo gallery and final edited films will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks via a private, password-protected, high-resolution digital link. Custom physical heirlooms will ship shortly after digital delivery, depending on our production partners. Usually within 48 hours.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
A.Yes, wherever your story takes us! We work hand-in-hand with you or your wedding planner to coordinate all travel logistics and timeline details. This ensures a seamless, stress-free experience so your celebration is beautifully documented in true-to-life color, anywhere in the world.
Do you offer drone footage for our wedding?
